1. ***You can mark a whole week as complete by long pressing a week cell or by pressing the edit button on the workout list.
2. ***You can mark individual workouts as complete in the last cell of the workout list or by long pressing a cell in the workout list.
3. Data from the previous session will be shown in the previous field of each workout the 1st time it performed.
4. You can now mark a workout as complete and a checkmark will show up in the list of weeks and workouts to visually indicate what you have completed.
5. The imported data is pulled from the last time each workout was to be performed according to the schedule.
6. Useful for restarting the program - only removes the the checkmark and keeps your workout data safe.
7. View all your previous reps and weight for each exercise in graphical form during your workout.
8. ***You can mark All workouts as complete by pressing the edit button on the week list.
9. ***You can mark a workout as NOT COMPLETE as well by using the same methods above.
10. This can be done after each workout or in bulk on the Settings Tab for All Sessions or Current Session.
11. Use Sessions to start the 90 day routine again and keep the data for previous session.
