9. All transactions need to comply with all regulations and laws as published on the app and elsewhere (printed catalogues, websites and the like) because specific terms and conditions exist per individual auction.

10. These terms and conditions are accepted on the app or separately in writing at the auction venue and this acceptance, along with bids and other information is stored in the WildlifePro database and physically when applicable.

11. Animals are thus not physically affected by auction bidding conducted via the WildlifePro app or otherwise.
