2. After the mindfulness activity they'll be given the opportunity to identify a behavioral intervention that will help them decrease the feeling of distress in their life.
3. Participants will engage in a visual mindfulness activity, which will range in duration from 3 minutes, 5 minutes or 7 minutes (based on their selection).
4. Completion fo each task will result in rubies which they can use to help unlock additional mindfulness puzzles.
5. Upon completion they will have their heart rate assessed a second time to determine whether the intervention was effective.
6. The app starts by rating a person's level of discomfort and having them identify how they are feeling.
7. They are then asked to engage in biofeedback as to collect their pulse.
